Jean-André LASSERRE

Directeur des relations institutionnelles et des études, Jean-André Lasserre est en charge des relations institutionnelles auprès des ministères, des administrations publiques, des partenaires sociaux et des entreprises. Il est responsable du département des études transport et logistique et des 22 délégations régionales de l’AFT.

Head of Research and Institutional Affairs, Jean-André LASSERRE is in charge of institutional relations together with: the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Education and professional Training, companies and regional & departmental public administrations. He manages the Transport and Logistics Research Department together with the regional delegates of AFT (22 regional delegates).

 

Julie MURAT

Titulaire d’une maîtrise d’Economie internationale et d’un DESS transports internationaux, Julie Murat est Chef de projets au département études transport et logistique et coordinatrice des projets de coopération territoriale MED. Elle a géré et participé à de nombreux projets et études dans les domaines de l’Economie des transports et de la formation professionnelle (référentiels, ECVET, formations et outils innovants) au niveau national mais surtout à l’échelle européenne.

Project manager at the Transport and Logistics Research Department, holder of a Master's Degree in international Economics and post graduated in International transports, she has managed and participated in several European studies and projects, on one hand on economic aspects of the transport and logistics sector and on the other hand, on training needs and training qualifications both on national and European levels related to these sectors. She is also the AFT Med territorial cooperation project coordinator on behalf of the PACA delegation.

 

Moncef SEMICHI

Holder of a Master's Degree in International Transport as well as a Master's Degree in Business Law, he has been participating in many projects within the Transport & Logistics Research Department as project leader. His work experience has led him to actively participate in the implementation of a series of European projects relating to economic studies on Transport systems' competitiveness and to the development of qualification and training-related issues in the area of Transport & Logistics.
